Snatch Block

Description and Features

Snatch Block is a heavy-duty pulley device designed to change the direction of a load line and increase lifting or pulling capacity when used with wire rope. It consists of a robust steel housing, rotating sheave, and a side-opening cheek plate that allows the rope to be inserted without threading the entire line.
Heavy-duty steel body for high strength.
Swing-open cheek plate for easy rope installation.
Precision machined sheave for smooth running.
Suitable for wire rope or fiber rope.
Corrosion-resistant surface finish painted.
Safety Factor: 4:1
Standard: EN 13157/ ASME B30.26.
