HSZ-VD Chain Block

VD Series chain blocks have the following characteristics:
Left and right wall panels, outer wall panels, and lifting wheel with roller bearings ensure flexible operation with smooth and light hand tension.
Internal gear transmission parts are manufactured from 20CrMnTi alloy steel with carburizing heat-treatment process for high strength and durability.
Equipped with a long-shaft stop back-washer limit device to prevent chain drop. The sprocket and nut are securely locked, avoiding brake failure and improving operational safety.
Stamping-type chain guide plate ensures smooth chain movement and provides better protection.
The hand-chain cover shell adopts forged or rolled-edge reinforced design, increasing overall body strength and improving smooth hand-chain operation.
Standard: EN 13157 and ASME B30.16.
